Eight new members join Petcore Europe
Eight new members have joined Brussels-based Petcore Europe, the association representing the complete PET value chain in Europe.
In a 4 May statement, the association said the new members included: plastic packaging company Hordijk, additives and masterbatch specialist Sukano, waste sorting equipment manufacturer Pellenc ST, PET experts M&G, sustainable resource management company Suez, Plastipak packaging company, machinery supplier Sidel and beauty company L’Oréal.
“Gaining additional support from these eight leaders in their respective market sectors is a real asset for Petcore Europe,” commented Christian Crépet, executive director of Petcore Europe.
“It clearly reflects how our association aligns the complete PET value chain in Europe in order to work together and speak with one voice," he concluded.
Petcore membership is formed by four leading industry sector European associations, i.e. CPME (the PET manufacturers), EuPC, Forum PET Europe and EuPET (the converters), PRE (the recyclers), and a large number of individual companies involved in the PET value chain.
Additionally, Petcore Europe works together with other downstream users such as brand owners and waste management organisations.”
